Refunds and Returning Vehicles: Our Policy

At Economy Car and Van Hire, we strive to make your van rental experience smooth and hassle-free. We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure clarity around our refund and return policies. Please review the following guidelines to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Returning Your Van

  1. Return Time: Vans must be returned by the agreed-upon time to avoid late fees.
  2. Cleanliness: Please return the van in a clean condition to avoid additional cleaning charges.
  3. Fuel Level: Vans must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented; otherwise, a refueling fee will apply.
  4. Inspection: Upon return, the van will be inspected by our Valet team any damage will incur repair charges.

Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations:
    1. More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund.
    2. 24-48 hours before pickup: A refund will be issued if we rehire the vehicle
    3. Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund.
  2. Early Returns: No refunds will be issued for unused rental days if you return the van early unless we rehire the vehicle to another customer.
  3. No-Show Policy: Failure to pick up the van without prior notice will result in a forfeited reservation without a refund.
